FOSTER

Fostering an animal gives the animal a safe place to stay while the rescue organization or person attempting to help re-home the animal can locate a forever home for the fur baby. There are many situations that happen where we need to move an animal QUICKLY to a safe place. We are careful as well which animals we place with which fosters. There is a long process and this is to protect the animal and the foster so it is a positive experience for everyone.

This all depends on the situation. We will discuss this with you in advance so you are aware of the time line. We like to place dogs in fosters that can take care of them until they are adopted. We also will use emergency fosters as well while we locate a longer term foster.
